Boys in the Hood Book Club will participate in Sojo Museum’s Youth Visual Art Extravaganza Pop-Up this Friday 2/22/19. The event is 6-9:30pm, but Boys in the Hood Meetup will end at 8:30pm but they can stay until 9:30pm.
Dinner will be served as usual. Food will be catered by Beana’s Cafe.
Sojourner Truth Museum’s Curator Shonna McDaniels will instruct the Art Pop-Up. Boys and Girls are welcome this night.

- Learn to create your own Fashion Design Illustrations with Naiyonah Allen
- Crocker Art Museum Block by Block will be in the house
- Live Painting and Exhibit with Livinci the Artist ( youth artist)
- Make your very own Lemon Scrub
- Mask Making
- Chris Coon “Coon the Poet“, will feature his curriculum “Word Up Write Down” (8:30-9:30pm)
