Join us in an outdoor wellness session with guided mediation and sound therapy to let you connect with nature and your inner self led by Light & Water. Youth and adults of all ages are welcome.

May is mental health awareness month, so come out and experience different ways to help ground yourself.

Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. The soothing sounds help to re-tune your brain to cope with stress better by replenishing brain energy with high-frequency sound. Many people use sound therapy to get relief from chronic headaches and migraines. It can also address the underlying cause of many headaches like stress and high blood pressure.

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace, deep state of relaxation, tranquil mind, and balance that can benefit your overall health. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.
