Key Responsibilities
Program & Administrative Support
Maintain program files, paperwork, and participant records
Track youth enrollment, consent forms, and required documentation
Support stipend tracking and completion verification
Assist with grant-related documentation and reporting
Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule mentors, guest speakers, and workshop facilitators
Coordinate calendars, session logistics, and reminders
Support planning for workshops, orientations, and youth service projects
Attendance & Data Tracking
Track youth attendance, participation hours, and service-learning hours
Maintain accurate attendance logs and outcome data
Support data collection for program evaluation and reporting
Communication & Youth Engagement
Draft and send emails, reminders, and follow-ups to youth, parents/guardians, mentors, and partners
Make phone calls or text outreach to support youth attendance and engagement
Serve as a welcoming, relatable point of contact for youth participants
Model professionalism, accountability, and positive communication
General Program Support
Assist with workshop setup, materials, and check-in
Support youth engagement activities and community events
Perform other duties that support the success of the FutureReady program
qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree preferred)
Applicants with lived experience are strongly encouraged to apply
Experience working with youth, education programs, or community-based organizations preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear, respectful written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar, Email)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Commitment to youth empowerment, equity, and workforce development
Compliance Requirements
- Must successfully pass a background check prior to hire
- Must complete California Mandated Reporter training
- Must provide TB clearance prior to working with youth
Must comply with all youth safety and supervision policies
