Ice Cream Fundraiser tonight at 4pm!
Peace Family! Please support Boys In The Hood Book Club – our Literacy program for African American Boys. Our goals include but are not limited to increasing reading proficiency, enhancing awareness of Black Revolutionaries, and building confidence. This demographic is often counted out, in fact, if they don’t know how to read at grade level by the 5th grade, it is determined that they will end up in the criminal system. Help us change the narratives.
The ice cream fundraiser is for a great cause sponsored by Sunni Harley of The Princess Book Club. Come out for a sweet treat, it will be at Sojo Museum inside Florin Square 2251 Florin Rd, Ste 126, Sacramento, CA 95822.
