Escape Velocity is excited to be participating in #GivingTuesday!

#GivingTuesday is a day dedicated to generosity and giving. It’s a day to acknowledge the power of giving, volunteerism, and simple acts of kindness.

We are very proud of the work we have done so far to keep our founder, Dana Maeshia’s, vision alive, with Boys In The Hood Book Club, Around The Way Girl’s Book Club, Mother Daughter Table Talks, and Youth Development programs. This year we delved deeper into mental health with our Every Mind Matters program and work readiness with SacYouthWorks and SacTownYouthNights. While we are looking forward to the future, building capacity and expanding our reach, we know that none of what we do would be possible without those who give.

This campaign is one of the many ways we can make a difference.
