Black Friday Coalition

Thank You from the Black Friday Coalition

Peace and Good Morning. On behalf of the Black Friday Coalition we would like to thank everyone who was a part of the build. We couldn’t have pulled this off without the spirit of our Ancestors, the Creator, and our Community. You all showed up and showed out. We see you. As mentioned early on, the spirit of Shop Black Friday is a movement. Please like the Black Friday Sacramento page to stay current on upcoming events, we are just getting started, there is more to come.

My Black Friday Coalition partners, Ayisha Ransom-White and Berry Accius, you guys rock and I look forward to the future with you.

The youth carried us and took us where we needed to be; they filled in the gaps.

Our sponsors Felicia Armelin, Suhmer Fryer, Ebony Nail Salons, Shurvone Wright, Beana’s Cafe, Sojourner Truth Multicultural Art Museum, Black BluePrintz ,Suggested Eyewear, Glorious Accessories and Fragrances , Jermaine Morris , Marvell Laid Reed, 97.5 KDEE we can’t thank you enough and we will be in touch about next year sooner than later  .

My other business partners, Anissa A Valuable Queen and Faith Failav FourtySeven, I see you and the concessions you make for me to do this community work; you hold Nu Fam down.

Our DJ Timothy Poole is the truth and the life of any party.

Shonna McDaniels the Paint and Sip was beautiful. You and Shawn Raiford are a perfect pairing because you both are excellent in your craft. Thank you.

Blacksacecon Wiggins, Sac Black Biz, Phyllis Fultz, Frankie Edwards Lee, thank you so much. Having a sense of community is good for your health and we have that. Wesley King Miller , Robin Black , and Jaron the drummer for performing. Drummer Katt thanks for keeping the raffle lively. Petrice Walker thank you for the line dancing, look forward to taking your class . Ebony London thank you for providing materials for the Paint N Sip. Lastly but not least, African Market Place for being our base and space to create.

Peace and Love. Until next time. Let’s Build.
