The Center for Counseling and Diagnostic Services (CCDS) is accepting new clients for Spring 2022 wait-list. It is a free counseling service provided by Sac State and is a great free resource for Sac State students and Sacramento community members to use. Counseling services are for adults, couples, family units, and children. Counselors can help with, but are not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationships.Please visit the website and select “Request for counseling services form“.
