Feeling in love with these children and hopeful about their future. Literacy is absolutely essential. Even though we didn’t complete Muhammad Ali’s story last night, it was a great meeting. Mr. Dale gave them his perspective of the events since he was a teenager during the time.
They also had one of their favorite dinners-Vegan Nachos-with Faith’s famous vegan cheese from Beana’s Cafe.
Passion Bailey, the President of Crystal Bowl Book Club, introduced a new incentive to increase participation. We will be introducing points and encouraging attendance at the Books and Brunch events.
